Hi and welcome to the new SimplyRaw blog!
Natasha and I have been chatting about starting a blog for some time now, mainly to help share some of our insights and experiences into the raw lifestyle. Here it is at last!
We are very busy with workshops, presentations, potlucks, festival planning, etc, etc, etc, all the time… but we’ll both do our best to post regularly on here to keep SimplyRaw more connected with the community.
For both of us community is very important. We really like to be a part of Ottawa’s growing raw community, and beyond that to connect with others that are just interested in feeling better, improving their health and experiencing some of what the raw lifestyle has to offer. We firmly believe that gradual and simple changes, made over time are the most sustainable and enjoyable path to better health through raw and living foods.
Watch this space for postings on what’s for dinner? perhaps with the odd recipe thrown in for good measure… I’m sure that Natasha will post a series of entries on her fasting journeys; and I’ll comment on raw for sports among other things on my mind.
