Today is the last day of my liver/gallbladder flush. (see Hulda Clark’s Cure for all Disease or Andreas Moritz’s The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse) The cleanse involves drinking a liter of apple juice every day for 6 days and then, on the 6th day at very specific times, drinking a concoction of water and epsom salt to help dilate the bile ducts. One also must consume a mixture of olive oil and grapefruit juice immediately before laying down to dispell stones from the liver and gallbladder.
Believe it or not, many of us unknowingly suffer from buildup of gallstones in the liver and gallbladder. These stones clog up the bile ducts of the liver, creating a toxic environment. Symptoms can include fatigue, inflammation, weight gain, constipation, cirrhosis, back pain, heart disease, depression, headaches, etc. Moritz believes that removing gallstones is a vital step to improving one’s health. Through following this procedure as listed in the book, combined with eating a balanced diet, one’s liver and gallbladder begins to restore their ability to function optimally. Eventually most symptoms of disease as well as discomfort will subside. This is my 3rd time doing it and I’m amazed that I am still passing stones with each cleanse. During my first cleanse I passed approximately 40 gallstones (mainly composed of hardened bile) while a friend at the Wigmore Institute passed thousands!
The Amazing Gallbladder and Liver Cleanse book (now available through SimplyRaw) provides a clear understanding of what causes gallstones in the liver and gallbladder as well as do-it-yourself instructions to painlessly remove them in the comfort of your own home.
Because I’m finishing the cleanse today, I ‘m not eating after 1:30 pm so it’s a light day. Hey, no dishes!
