“The SimplyRaw Living Foods Detox Manual” is finally complete and in my hands at last! What an emotional week it’s been! I am overjoyed and so pleased with the fabulous look (& content!) of the book. Arsenal Pulp Press has done a excellent job with the design, layout and editing, and it feels great to have such a professionally produced version of the manual after all this time!
As Mark mentioned, The SimplyRaw Living Foods Detox Manual has been a two-and-a-half year writing project based on feedback from thousands of clients who have gone through our detox sessions here in Ottawa. The manual originally started with six sheets of paper and a pilot group of five very courageous detox test pilots. With ongoing tweaking, writing and detox groups over the years, the manual evolved into a 180-page comprehensive guide on how (& why) to detoxify the body through raw and living plant foods. It also has some simple and delicious recipes. The results are amazing: increased energy, improved digestion, effortless weight loss, better sleep, lower cholesterol, and radiant skin are but a few of the rewarding benefits when completing the program.

So, I’ve just come back from the Singing Pebble Book Store to check out my books on the shelf after a very thoughtful friend tipped me off last night. (Thanks Cecile!) We weren’t expecting the books to appear in the stores until April, so I had to I had to see it to believe it! It sure felt great to see my books in the raw section of my favorite book store! Apparently my friend purchased her copy of the detox book within 3 minutes of them going out on the shelves. Hopefully this is just the beginning!
I hope to see you at tonight’s potluck — and the book launch next month!

How exciting Natasha!
I actually just purchased your book from the Singing Pebble and I am really excited to finish reading it. I’m looking forward to starting the program once I finish the book, get organized and am 100% ready for the committment. Planning to start the program June 1st or possibly July 1st.
You should be very proud of yourself! Thus far, I am learning so much from your lovely book. It’s simple and straight forward which makes for an easy to follow program.
I was hoping to make it to the potluck tomorrow, but it doesn’t look promising. Hope to see you around soon!
Peace & Love
