In my ongoing quest to help Natasha recover from her broken leg, I’ve been making her some delicious fresh green juices everyday (lucky her!) … well lucky me too, I make lots – and they taste so alive & fresh – the energy and vibrance from each glass is so uplifting, healing and energizing.

The recipe changes day to day depending on what we have, but typically contains: carrots; celery; cucumber; sprouts, sprouts, sprouts; kale or other leafy greens; and sometimes a bit of ginger & other veggie goodness. We use an Omega Juicer – does a nice job.
